Harvard Art Law Review

The latest issue of the Harvard Art Law Review (2025) features a peer-reviewed article by Prof. Carla Rossi titled “Biblioclasm for Profit: The Legal Implications of Dismembering Western Medieval Illuminated Manuscripts”. The paper examines the ethical and legal implications of the dismemberment and commercial sale of medieval codices, a practice which has affected cultural heritage across Europe.
